In the 22nd minute, Monaco defender Wilfried Singo accidentally stepped on Donnarumma’s face while both contested a ball inside PSG’s penalty area.
Donnarumma received immediate medical attention on the field and was subsequently substituted, with backup goalkeeper Matvey Safonov replacing him.
