He said resentment can only help bad people to attain power but it can’t keep them there. Paul Krugman said the people should stand up against the worst people ruling them. He said a leader will gain the trust of the people by speaking the truth. According to Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, Paul Krugman said;
“At some point, the public will realize that most politicians railing against elites actually are elites in every sense that matters and start to hold them accountable for their failure to deliver on their promises”.
