Sergio Conceicao prevailed in his first game as the head coach of AC Milan, following a four-minute turnaround in the second half. Now, as pointed out by the newspapers, a derby against Inter awaits in the final.
It was a tough game in many ways for Milan, who struggled to leave their mark on the game while Juventus took the lead in the first half. However, in the first half, the Rossoneri turned things around really out of nowhere through a penalty and an own-goal.
Today’s newspapers naturally focused on the nature of the win and how important it is for Conceicao, who started off on the right foot. Milan will be up against Inter in the Supercoppa Italiana final on Monday, hoping to lift a trophy.
