In a series of posts shared on his social media handle, Yul slammed Nigerians who have been dragging 2baba for how he announced his separation from Annie. Yul laid curses on netizens for trolling and dragging 2baba.
He said, “Thunder will fire anybody insulting 2baba”. The movie star’s post on his social media handle has stirred a massive uproar as netizens lambasted him for getting involved in the Idibia saga.
Some even took their reaction a nudge higher, noting that Yul’s outburst about 2baba was fuelled by recent pictures of his ex-wife, May Edochie flying out of the country in style with Ay Comedian to the UK.
However, OSG was able to confirm that the trending pictures of AY Comedian and May Edochie leaving the country is for work as they continue to promote their new movie, The Waiter.
OSG recalls reporting when 2Baba shared the news about his 13-year marriage crashing on Sunday, January 26, 2025. It sparked a massive buzz on the internet, with many people sharing their thoughts about the break-up.

Yul Edochie further averred his opinion about 2baba and Annie’s marital crash. He noted that men also go through a lot in marriages, but never get the type of empathy always shown to women.
