The 20-year-old signed a three-and-a-half-year contract with the Saints.
The transfer is subject to international clearance.
Udoh will continue his development, initially joining Southampton’s Under-21s squad.
He impressed with Royal Antwerp’s B side, scoring 12 times in 21 appearances last season.
The striker made 28 senior appearances for Antwerp following his arrival from Hypebuzz FC academy in Abuja in 2023.
