According to the photo shared on X popularly known as Twitter, some operatives of the Nigerian Police Force were spotted patrolling with horses on the road.
Reacting after seeing of some Nigerian Police officers patrolling with horses, the Nigerian Police Force Public Relations Officer FPRO, Prince Olumuyiwa Adejobi tweeted: “Police mounted troops are trained for security patrol, crowd control and other anti crime engagements. Kudos to the IGP for resuscitating the old traditions of effective policing in Nigeria.”
