He emphasized that the primary duty of the Nigerian Army is to safeguard lives and property, and any soldier involved in illegal activities such as bribery is betraying the very people they are meant to protect. Musa also urged citizens to report any military personnel engaging in unlawful behavior to the relevant authorities.
Musa reassured Nigerians and the government that the Army remains committed to their mission of national protection and vowed that the military would not engage in actions that would harm the country or bring it shame.
