In support of Trump’s return, some residents in Jigawa State organized an event to celebrate alongside Trump during his inauguration ceremony. A banner featuring Trump’s face with the words ‘Congratulations Mr President,’ ‘Trump’s Inauguration,’ ‘Celebrating His Victory’ was displayed. This caused a stir among other Nigerians. Some questioned their motives, while others laughed, finding the celebration of Trump’s re-election hilarious, believing that Trump would never know of their actions or be aware of their existence.
