The Nation reports that Obasa was removed from office by his colleagues in the House over allegations of gross misconduct and financial mismanagement. Addressing his removal, Obasa argued that the process did not follow constitutional procedures.
He, however, stated that he would accept his removal if it is carried out in accordance with constitutional guidelines.
