DailyTrust reports that the incident occurred on Thursday morning after the two had met on social media three months prior.
It was revealed that Ibrahim had invited Maryam from Dutse, Jigawa State.
Following rounds of s*x, Ibrahim became unresponsive, and despite efforts to revive him, he was declared dead at the University of Abuja Teaching Hospital.
The woman reportedly sprinkled water on him in an attempt to revive him but he remained unresponsive.
She raised the alarm and alerted the hotel manager, Danlami Palasa, who contacted the police.
