Weather Conditions and UVB Forecast

Gauteng residents can expect cloudy and cool conditions today. The northern areas will feel warmer. Scattered afternoon showers and thundershowers are likely. The expected UVB Sunburn Index is Moderate.

Mpumalanga will be cloudy and warm with isolated showers and thundershowers. The southern parts of the province will experience hotter temperatures and scattered showers and thundershowers.

The Eastern Cape’s western half will be fine in the north-west, otherwise partly cloudy and cool to warm. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh south-westerly. The eastern half will have morning fog in places south of the escarpment. It will be cloudy and cool to warm with isolated to scattered showers and thundershowers, but partly cloudy in the west. The coastal wind will be moderate to fresh south-westerly.

KwaZulu-Natal will experience morning fog in places over the interior. Otherwise, it will be cloudy and cool to warm with scattered showers and thundershowers. The extreme north-east will be hot. The wind along the coast will be moderate to fresh north-easterly. The expected UVB Sunburn Index is Low.
