Theo Hernandez and Pulisic bring Milan level from two down against Inter

AC Milan produced another second-half comeback in the Supercoppa Italiana, this time coming from two goals behind to get level against Inter in the final.

Milan halved the deficit from a set-piece and it was a quite simply brilliant free-kick from Theo Hernandez that did it. The Frenchman stepped up and hit it with the inside of his left foot, curling it past the diving Sommer into the bottom corner with just enough power given it went to his side.

In the 79th minute, Milan got themselves level in the game and just like in the semi-final, it was Christian Pulisic who got the goal. Theo was found in space down the left side and pulled a perfect cut-back into the box, with the American bringing the ball under the control and finding the far corner with a shot across his body, levelling it at 2-2.
