In a clip making the rounds online, the fashion connoisseur spoke about her love life and the type of relationships she is pursuing after the baby daddy drama she had to endure with her former lover, David Adeleke aka Davido.
Sophia during a conversation with fellow cast member Mariam Timmer, who playfully asked about relationship status, confirmed she was seeing someone; “Yes, I’ve a boyfriend“, Sophia said smiling from cheek to cheek in the viral clip.
Speaking further about her relationship, Sophia Momodu hinted that her new man is wealthy, as she cannot date a broke or struggling man. Sophia opined that the financial disparity would cause a rift, as a ‘broke man’ would be intimidated by her class, lifestyle and financial capacity.
“I don’t think a broke man will know what to do with a woman like me, if you’re breathing next to me, you’re spending money,” she said.
Recall that Sophia Momodu trended online days before Davido’s wedding to Chioma after she sued her baby daddy in court for not providing financially for their daughter, Imade.
She went as far as publishing the raunchy text messages she and Davido used to send to each other, even when the singer was engaged to Chioma.
