To keep your food safe, here are seven common kitchen mistakes to avoid.

Not washing your hands properly

We all know we should wash our hands. But let’s be honest — how many of us actually do it thoroughly every single time?

Not washing your hands properly after handling raw meat, poultry, or fish can spread harmful bacteria all over your kitchen. The key is to wash with soap and warm water for at least 20 seconds, especially after touching raw ingredients.

Also, be mindful of what you touch afterward, like taps, oven handles, or fridge doors, because you don’t want to spread germs across the kitchen.

Defrosting meat and poultry on the counter

Defrosting food on the kitchen counter might seem convenient, but it can lead to bacteria growth, especially in warm weather andmake you sick. Always defrost meat, poultry, and fish in the fridge to keep them safe.

A handy tip: place them on the bottom shelf to prevent raw juices from dripping onto other foods.

Not replacing dish sponges and cloths

The sponge by your sink might seem harmless, but it can collect bacteria from moisture and food particles.

Make it a habit to replace or disinfect your sponges weekly, and regularly wash dish cloths in hot water to keep them clean.

Reusing kitchen utensils without washing

If you’re using the same tongs, spatulas, or wooden spoons to handle both raw and cooked foods without washing them in between, you’re setting yourself up for cross-contamination.

Always use separate utensils or wash them thoroughly before moving from raw to cooked food to avoid spreading bacteria from raw meat to ready-to-eat dishes.

Overcrowding your fridge

A packed fridge might seem like a good idea, but overcrowding can lead to poor air circulation, uneven cooling, and even spoiled food.

It’s important to leave some space between items in your fridge so air can circulate properly. This keeps your food fresh and safe for longer periods of time.

Not washing fruits and vegetables with inedible skins

Even if you’re peeling an orange or banana, it’s important to rinse it first. Bacteria on the skin can transfer to the inside when you cut through.

A quick rinse under cool water helps prevent this.

Leaving cooked food out for too long

It’s easy to get distracted after cooking a big meal, but leaving food out for too long can lead to bacteria growth. Try to refrigerate leftovers within two hours of cooking, or one hour if it’s a particularly hot day.

Storing food promptly in the fridge helps keep it safe to eat later without falling sick.

SHOCKING CONFESSION! ! I Picked 76 Women From Night Clubs, Killed Them For Rituals- Mysteriously Ibadan Man Speaks – HEARD VOICE NEWS ONLINE

In Ibadan, the capital of Oyo State, a mysterious guy whose name has not yet been revealed admitted to killing more than 70 women for ceremonial purposes. The man known as ” Mistina Orobo, ” who was born in Ibadan’ s Foko neighborhood and claimed to be a preacher now, stated that the number did not include the victims he had been recruited to murder and had consumed during his lifetime. He made this revelation on Saturday’ s ” Opeyemi” program on Fresh FM, a well- known socialist radio station in Ibadan, hosted by Yinka Ayefele.....Read Full Article>>

He claimed that the women’ s bodies were consumed once the necessary blood had been extracted because it was necessary to replenish his supernatural power. For more than seven years, my idol has dated between 73 and 76 women. The club or other well- known locations are always the source of these women. I intentionally consume people to replenish the voodoo in my body. Even when I’ m hacked, the machete breaks, and occasionally it won’ t pierce when I’ m shot. The tongue, hand, and foot are the sweetest human organs.

” I work with politicians, bank managers, and other wealthy men as well. I’ m well- liked by them. We assassinated a wealthy man when I first started working with a bank manager, and the information was provided by the bank. We went to the one guy who was left to sign, forced him to sign, and then executed him because he refused to do so. I charge between N50 and N80 million to assassinate people, and we always collaborate. Some of the people I taught to work were highway or armed robbers, and I typically got my share, ” he continued.

In addition, the man described the responsibilities he and his boys performed during Oyo State elections, requesting that his identify remain secret until he was ready to make it public. As the son of a herbalist, the enigmatic guy admitted to eating sacrifices since he was nine years old in response to inquiries about his early life and how he came to be a hired assassin.
I always ate sacrifices at seven different intersections as a child of a herbalist, which strengthened me before I became a notorious hired assassin and occasionally a highway robber.
But as he told how he changed his ways, the man claimed that after trying to exact revenge on those who had clashed with him in the past, he had a dream in which he saw Jesus. ” I had been killed before, but the idol I had at home woke me up, ” he wrote. That was the day I went to get revenge on those who had fought and killed me. I had second thoughts as we reached the first individual. I have been understanding and have quit the wayward life ever since we arrived at the other person’ s house. He was intoxicated and my youngster was going to attack him when I pleaded for him to be spared. My life has now been taken over by God.

I’ m in a seminary now. I studied to be a prophet for four years. I just want people to know my awful experience; I’ m not ready to start a religion. I had sold all three of the homes and vehicles I had purchased during these activities. In my dream, I encountered Jesus. He further emphasized that Temitope Olatoye, commonly known as Sugar, a former member of the House of Representatives, died because he was in Ghana at the time; otherwise, the incident would have been prevented.
He added that he had constantly warned Sugar about the threats that were imminent. After being shot in the head by alleged political thugs in the Lalupon neighborhood of Ibadan, Sugar passed away on March 9, 2019, in the University College Hospital’ s Intensive Care Unit. Within minutes, word of his attack spread, with some implying that he passed away immediately
